Acceptance
By using Forms 365, you agree to these terms. Forms 365 is provided by DevPros, an Australian business.
Licence
Forms 365 is licensed on a per-tenant basis. Your licence permits use within your Microsoft 365 tenant only. You may not resell or sublicence the software unless you are an authorised partner.
Data
Form data is stored in your Microsoft 365 tenant. You own your data. DevPros does not access your form submissions except where required to provide technical support with your explicit permission.
Liability
Forms 365 is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Australian law, DevPros is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
