For Forms365 Workspace: we guide you through deploying the SPFx solution into your SharePoint App Catalogue. Takes under 20 minutes. For Forms365 Web: we walk through creating the app registration in your Entra ID. Also under 20 minutes.

Open the designer, select your SharePoint list, drag your fields onto the canvas. Publish. Your form is live. Most teams have their first form running in under an hour.
